Complaints

In the event of a complaint arising, the firm has complaint procedures in place that will be followed. If the complaint cannot be resolved satisfactorily, the individual can refer their complaint to The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) which is an agency for arbitrating on unresolved complaints between regulated firms and their clients.
